Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Clawsdecor purchase. Unused press-on nail sets may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided no adhesive has been applied and the nails, packaging, and included contents are returned in their original, undamaged condition.

Before returning an item, please contact Clawsdecor to request a return or exchange. Approved returns must be securely packaged and shipped back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will issue an applicable refund or work with you to complete an exchange.

Press-on nails that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or had adhesive applied are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly. Clawsdecor will work with you to correct the order and will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the error is ours.

Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
